Heather has lived in the Village of Boston Heights for 11 years with her husband and 2 ugh has been a supporter and volunteer for the Junior Diabetic Foundation for the past 9 years. She enjoys volunteering for the Woodridge schools, painting, gardening, genealogy, hiking and biking.
Ron and his son own an electrical engineering company, located in Macedonia. He has been married for 49 years to Carol, 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. When Ron and Carol were married, actually in the now Village Hall, they purchased a century home and restored the home to what it is today. Ron’s involvement with the Village has included being the Zoning Inspector for 27 years, volunteer fireman for the Boston Heights Fire Department for 8 years, and has been a councilperson since 2010.

Ron is the Managing Director of RCG Tax Partners, a consulting firm based in Stow. With over 25 years of experience, he is recognized for R & D Tax Credits Building Cost Segregation Studies, and Domestic Production Activities Deduction Studies. In addition, he is a professional speaker and teacher. He has authored many articles for numerous publications. Ron is married with 13-year old twins. Ron’s hobbies are fly fishing and collecting Vintage Video Equipment – 1970’s.
Don is the founder of The Impact Group, a marketing communications agency for expertise in government, economic development and public education markets, in Hudson. Additionally, he is the director of Western Operations at Bacon’s Information, the founder of Municipal Leader Magazine, an independent dealer at Southwestern Company and a member of Entrepreneur’s Organization. Don’s involvement with the Village includes acting as President of Council and Finance Chairman as well as serving as an active member of the Planning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals.
Council meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of each month with the Finance Meeting held the 4th Tuesday of each month (except December – 3rd Tuesday).
CLERK OF COUNCIL
In the Village of Boston Heights, the Fiscal Officer holds the position of Clerk of Council. The main responsibilities are to record and transcribe the minutes of each Council meeting, and to provide the council persons with a copy of the drafted minutes for approval at the following monthly Council meeting.
