The Office Administrator plays a vital role in the Village of Boston Heights Administrative Office. This position coordinates the activities of the Mayor’s office, Village Council, Village employees, and residents, while overseeing the overall operations of Village Hall.



The Office Administrator is responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the office and serving as a primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a high level of professionalism, service, and support. This role is essential in maintaining effective communication and coordination across all areas of Village administration.


The Office Administrator works under the direct supervision of the Mayor and in close collaboration with the Village Council.
